Once you create a  Rentalogue account, you can book a vehicle that’s best for your travel plans.— Rentalogue makes protection plans available to guests.
Create an account
To use Rentalogue, first create an account. Then go to your Account page and complete the steps to get approved to drive. You must get verified and approved to drive before you can book a trip. Once you submit your information, In most cases, approval is immediate. In some cases, we’ll need 24-48 hours. It may take a bit longer if we need additional photos or information. You can check your approval status on your Account page. Early approval makes the booking process easier, but if you prefer, you can wait to get approved when you book your first trip.
Find a vehicle

Once you’re approved to drive, you’re ready to find the perfect vehicle. Choose your location and search for a vehicle; you can adjust the trip dates and times to suit your plans. You can filter by vehicle type, distance included, pick-up/return location, and other options. Read the listing for a complete vehicle description and any guidelines, FAQs, or extra instructions. You can’t message/call a host before booking a trip, but you may find your answer in the listing. If not, book the trip and then call your host. You can always cancel if the information from the host doesn’t suit your needs.

Book your trip
  • Choose the vehicle location that works for you. This is where you’ll pick up and return the vehicle. A host may charge for pick-up and return locations outside their vehicle’s home location.
  • Confirm the starting and ending times and days of your trip. The length of the trip will determine, in part, the cost of the trip.
  • Check the distance included. This tells you the total number of miles or kilometers you may drive during your entire trip. We’ll also display the cost of any excess distance you drive.
  • Take note of any discounts that may apply to your trip. We’ll show any early bird or trip duration discounts applied to the vehicle’s price per day for your trip.
  • Book your trip. Review the full breakdown of costs and then book your trip. We’ll send an email confirming the booking. Remember, you can cancel at no cost within our free cancellation period up-to 12hr.
Note: You can only book one vehicle at a time; trip dates/times may not overlap with dates/times of any other trip you’ve already booked.
