Getting approved when you book your first trip

Once you choose a vehicle, any Extras, and a protection plan for your trip, we’ll ask you to enter your address, driver’s license information, and payment information. We'll also give you the option to verify your email address if you haven't already done so. We may ask for some additional photos to verify your identity. We'll display an error message if we can’t verify your payment card. See the instructions for resolving this issue below.

Getting approved via your Account page on the web
To complete the approval process, go to your Account page, tap “Account verification” at the top of the page, and follow the instructions. Do this before booking your first trip to ensure a smooth process when you’re ready to travel. If you’re a Rentalogue host who wants to offer delivery, you must get approved to drive.

Upload the following:


  • Driver’s license: Upload driving license front & back page Indian or NRI.
  • Aadhar card: Upload Indian ID Aadhaar card front & back page.
How long it takes Account Verification approved

In most cases, approval is immediate. In some cases, we need additional information or photos to verify your identity. If you must submit additional information for verification or submit missing approval information (see below), we’ll need 24-48 hours to resolve the issue.

How to know if you've been approved (Account Verification done)

To confirm whether you’re approved to drive, log onto Rentalogue, go to your Account page to see your Approval Status. Below is a list of messages you may see and what they mean.

 

Email : Check your email inbox or check spam folder 


  • “Verification successful” We successfully approved you to rent and you can book a trip.
