Pet Policy Violation

We understands that guests sometimes carry their pets with them in their daily trip. For this matter, guest should ask approval from the host/rentalogue customer service (when requesting booking). There are some host welcoming guest with pet to rent their cars. These hosts could be found as 'pet friendly' in the car description before you proceed with requesting a booking.
However, for the guest that ignore the above steps and did not get the approval from the host, you are considered as violating our pet policy. 

If you return a vehicle with an excessive amount of pet hair or if you transport a pet without host's permission, you will be:

1. Charged a pet cleaning fee of ₹1500.

2. Your Rentalogue account ban from using our services until the outstanding debt settled.
