No-Smoking Policy

All cars on listed on Rentalogue are non-smoking vehicles. We prohibits both guests and vehicle hosts from smoking in any car in the platform. This No smoking policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. You may not smoke even if you believe that the host already done so.
After your booking status completed, the host have the right to send to you the cleaning fee invoice as compensation settlement. As guest, you are responsible for the compensation to resolve the issue.
If it is proven that you violated the no-smoking policy, you will be:
1. Charged with penalty fee starting ranges from ₹1500.
2. Your Rentalogue account will be ban until the outstanding debt have been fully paid.
