If you’re having trouble logging into your account, you can reset your password or request a one-time passcode.
Forgot your password

You can log in with a one-time passcode if you forget your password. Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and enter the email address or phone number tied to your account. Use the OTP to log in, then follow the instructions to change your password. 


Change your password

Login to your Account, Tap on the My Account, In My Account section Enter your old Password then enter new password and Tap on update button.


Didn’t receive password reset email

If you’re not receiving the email to reset your password, it could be due to one of these issues:

  • You’re using an email tied to a deactivated duplicate account. Use the email for your current, active Rentalogue account
  • The email has gone to your Junk/Spam folder; check for it there
  • You’re using an email with a strong firewall. Work, school (.edu), and government (.gov) emails generally have strong firewalls and may prevent you from verifying the email. Change your email address to a web-based email provider
  • You’re in an area with a weak internet connection. Try again from a location that has a stronger internet connection
