How Rentalogue Host works?

Before start the trip

🙎‍♂️Guest Profile Verification. 

After booking by guest you need to confirm booking from your host account to confirmation, Driving licence, Aadhar Card & 2-wheeler is to be collect before handover the vehicle to guest. Same will be returned once vehicle is dropped.


🚘 Getting to the car. 

For Self-pick-up, guest will come to host location (or) contact to the guest to share vehicle location. For door step delivery, the car would be delivered to guest location. 


🔑 Unlock the car. 

The keys will be given by you.

During trip

⏳ Getting the late? 

Extended the trip incase guest was running late. Use the "call or chat" to inform to the guest.

After trip

📍 Dropping off the car. 

For self-pick-up : Guest return the car to the exact your parking location.

For door step delivery: You picks up from the initial car dropping location.

Damage policy for Host Car

Case scenarios (ex)


Case 1: If Damage cost around 20k (Below 50k)- Car owner no need to clime insurance - Take the quotation from the car work shop and submit to Rentalogue and Customer. In this case whole damage payment paid by the Customer.

Note: This case is applicable for damage cost below 50k.


Case 2: Damage cost around 60K (Above 50k) - Car owner need to clime insurance - Take the quotation from the car work shop submit to Rentalogue and Customer. In this case additionally you get 50k from the Customer.

Note: This case is applicable for damage cost above 50k.


If the damage payment below 50k Host don't need to clime insurance, if damage charge above 50K Host need go with insurance and you get 50K as compensation from the Customer.
