Canceling a trip can upend a Customer’s travel plans, hurt your reputation, and put you at risk for incurring fees. Explore alternatives and cancel only if absolutely necessary.
Cancellation impact
If you cancel a trip, you may seriously disrupt a guest’s plans and reduce their confidence in Rentalogue Host. Cancellations impact your host metrics and potentially your vehicle’s placement in search results. If you cancel often, you risk having Rentalogue remove your vehicle(s) from Listings.
If you cancel three of your first 20 trips, Rentalogue will remove you from the platform.
Cancellation instructions
If you absolutely must cancel a trip, open the car bookings tab and tap or click “Cancel” to enter the cancellation flow.
