Account closures for Hosts

We expect hosts to follow our policies and honor our Terms of Service. We provide new hosts with training and access to hosting guidelines prior to listing their first vehicle on Rentalogue. All information is available on our Help Center and in our Terms of Service.
If we remove you from Rentalogue, we’ll send you an email notification. Behavior that can result in an account closure includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Discriminatory practices
- Exclusivity violations
- False or misleading listings
- Gray market violations
- Repeated trip cancellations
If we close your account, you’ll be unable to log in to Rentalogue Host Account and prohibited from hosting or booking vehicles on the platform. We’ll deactivate your vehicle listings and cancel pending trip requests and upcoming booked trips.
